This Privacy Policy describes how Foster Health Technologies, Inc. ("Foster," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit fosterhealth.io (the "Site") or contact us through it. It applies to the Site only. Foster's services to skilled nursing facilities are governed by separate written agreements with each customer, including business associate agreements where required.
Protected health information
Please do not submit protected health information (PHI) or any resident information through this Site. The Site is not intended to collect PHI. Where Foster's services involve PHI, that information is received and handled under a business associate agreement with the customer facility, in accordance with HIPAA, and not through this website.

Information you provide. When you submit our contact form or otherwise reach out, we collect the information you choose to share, such as your name, title, work email address, organization, number of buildings, and message.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we collect limited technical information when you visit, such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and referring pages.
